    By accessing or using the XANOCODE website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

    2. Services & Engagements

    XANOCODE provides SEO, web development, app development, and SaaS solutions. When you engage our services:

    • Scope of Work: All project deliverables, timelines, and budgets will be outlined in a formal proposal or contract.
    • Client Responsibilities: You agree to provide necessary assets, access, and approvals in a timely manner to avoid project delays.
    • Modifications: Any change in scope outside the agreed contract may incur additional fees.

    3. Intellectual Property

    Unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon in writing, all original code, designs, and content created by XANOCODE remain the intellectual property of XANOCODE until full payment has been received, at which point the final deliverables will be transferred to the client. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary methodologies or SaaS base code without authorization.

    4. Payment Terms

    Payment terms, including deposits and milestone payments, are strictly outlined in your customized service contract. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are not made according to the agreed schedule. All fees are non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise.

    5. Limitation of Liability

    In no event shall XANOCODE, its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services provided.
